Refund & Return Policy

We want you to be satisfied with your purchase. Please review our policy carefully before requesting a return or exchange.

  • All returns and exchanges must be requested within 30 days of delivery. Requests made after 30 days will not be accepted.
  • Final sale items are not eligible for return, exchange, or refund.
  • All return shipments are the sole responsibility of the customer, including shipping costs and tracking.
  • Returned items must be unused, unworn, and in original condition with tags and packaging intact.
  • Footwear must be tried on indoors only to remain eligible for return. Worn, scuffed, or damaged footwear will not be accepted.
  • All returns and exchanges are subject to approval by The Works administration. We reserve the right to approve or deny any request.
  • Once an approved return is received and inspected, eligible refunds will be processed to the original form of payment.
